Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Affiliate Marketing & Digital Marketing roles
- Hire for positions such as Affiliate Managers, Media Buyers, SEO, PPC, Performance Marketers, Content & Social Media roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and niche communities
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit
- Handle offer negotiation, documentation, and onboarding coordination
- Maintain recruitment metrics, pipelines, and hiring reports
- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of recruitment experience, mandatory experience in Affiliate & Digital Marketing hiring
- Strong understanding of digital marketing roles, tools, and KPIs
- Proven experience in bulk and niche hiring
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Experience with ATS and recruitment tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,096.32 per month
