Your daily focus will involve driving agent activation, supporting your team on joint field calls, and strategizing to meet ambitious monthly revenue targets for health insurance products, all while ensuring strict compliance with regulatory guidelines. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a bachelor's degree and one to five years of proven field sales or business development experience, ideally within the insurance or broader financial services sector. We require someone with a strong local network, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the drive to mentor individuals toward high-performance sales.
