Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Pre-Sales Executives to support our sales team by handling customer enquiries, qualifying leads, and facilitating site visits. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for interacting with prospective homebuyers.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and manage inbound customer enquiries received through phone calls, website forms, social media, and other marketing channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Qualify leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Schedule and coordinate project site visits for prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads regularly to nurture interest and convert enquiries into site visits.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and customer engagement.
- Maintain daily reports on enquiries, follow-ups, and site visit schedules.
- Assist in conducting promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns as required.
- Ensure a professional and courteous customer experience at all stages of interaction.
Desired Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their requirements.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Prior experience in tele-calling, customer service, or real estate sales support will be an added advantage.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline / BBA / MBA.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in pre-sales, customer service, tele-calling, or sales support are preferred.
