Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales performance, and lead a retail team effectively. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day retail store operations efficiently.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maximizing store profitability.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to ensure high performance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Ensure attractive product displays and adherence to visual merchandising standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Prepare daily sales reports and provide updates to management.
- Ensure smooth billing, cash handling, and operational processes.
- Maintain store discipline, cleanliness, and a positive work environment.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, store management, or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Good understanding of retail operations and sales management.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Customer-oriented with a target-driven approach.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
