- Lead and oversee daily bakery production and operations.
- Develop innovative recipes and seasonal bakery menus.
- Ensure consistency in product quality, taste, presentation, and portioning.
- Plan production schedules based on sales forecasts and customer demand.
- Manage bakery staff including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships.
- Control food cost, labor cost, and minimize wastage.
- Implement and maintain SOPs for bakery production.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (HACCP/FSSAI).
- Conduct quality checks on raw materials and finished products.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Procurement for smooth business operations.
- Introduce new bakery trends, products, and production techniques.
- Maintain bakery equipment and coordinate preventive maintenance.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through continuous quality improvement.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
