We are seeking a high-caliber Executive Assistant (EA) who transcends traditional administrative support to act as a true Strategic Business Partner to our Managing Director. You won’t just manage a calendar; you will be the "right hand" ensuring the MD’s vision is executed across the organization.
The ideal candidate is a master of follow-ups, a guardian of the MD's time, and a diplomatic force who can hold department heads accountable for deliverables related to Management Review Meetings (MRMs) and key business cycles.
Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Partnership & MRM Management
- Driving Accountability: Act as the primary bridge between the MD and department heads. Follow up on action items from Management Review Meetings (MRMs) to ensure deadlines are met before the next cycle.
- Meeting Lifecycle: Design agendas, curate pre-reading materials, and synthesize complex meeting notes into actionable dashboards.
- Business Insights: Filter and prioritize information flowing to the MD, providing context and "early warnings" on projects that are off-track.
2. High-Level Administrative Excellence
- Complex Calendar Management: Orchestrate a high-volume calendar, prioritizing high-impact strategic tasks over routine requests.
- Travel & Logistics: End-to-end management of complex international/domestic itineraries, including visas, transport, and minute-by-minute schedules.
- Communication Gatekeeper: Manage the MD’s inbox and correspondence, often drafting high-level communications on their behalf.
3. Operational Support
- Reporting: Assist in the preparation of board decks, monthly performance reports, and financial summaries.
