LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist (Digital Marketing Agency)Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and performance-driven LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist to drive client acquisition for our digital marketing services. This role focuses on identifying and engaging decision-makers (CXOs, founders, marketing heads) and generating qualified leads for services such as social media marketing, performance marketing, branding, and website development.
Key Responsibilities1. Agency-Focused Lead Generation
- Identify and target businesses that require digital marketing services
- Build segmented lead lists across industries (real estate, healthcare, D2C, education, etc.)
- Use LinkedIn to generate high-quality B2B leads for agency offerings
2. Strategic Outreach & Social Selling
- Craft personalized outreach messages aligned with agency positioning
- Engage prospects through connection requests, InMails, and content interactions
- Build relationships with founders, CMOs, and decision-makers
- Position the agency as a growth partner, not just a service provider
3. Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Plan and execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns for different services
- Run A/B tests on messaging (pain-point vs. value-driven vs. case-study led)
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on response and conversion rates
4. Lead Qualification & Handover
- Qualify leads based on budget, requirement, and readiness
- Schedule discovery calls/meetings for the sales team
- Ensure smooth handover with proper context and notes
5. CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate records in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
- Track leads from first touchpoint to conversion
- Ensure pipeline visibility and reporting for management
6. Market Insights & Content Feedback
- Share insights on industry trends and client pain points
- Collaborate with the content team to refine messaging and campaigns
- Suggest content ideas (case studies, reels, thought leadership posts) based on conversations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in LinkedIn lead generation, preferably in a digital marketing agency
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and agency service offerings
- Excellent copywriting skills for outreach messages
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems
- Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced agency environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in selling digital services (SEO, performance marketing, social media, branding)
- Knowledge of multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn + Email)
- Understanding of marketing funnels, CAC, ROI, and client acquisition strategies
