Truck Dispatcher (Track & Trace Specialist)
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Truck Dispatcher to manage daily freight operations while ensuring continuous tracking and monitoring of all assigned shipments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong focus on proactive track and trace to ensure on-time deliveries and exceptional customer service.

Required Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Truck Dispatcher, Freight Dispatcher, or Logistics Coordinator preferred.
Strong Track & Trace experience in the trucking or logistics industry.
Knowledge of dry van, reefer, flatbed, or power-only operations is an advantage.
Familiarity with ELD systems, GPS tracking, and transportation management software (TMS).
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Google Workspace.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with U.S. freight brokers and customers.
Knowledge of FMCSA regulations and Hours of Service (HOS).
Ability to handle multiple drivers and loads simultaneously.
Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
Excellent time management and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Working Hours:
Willingness to work U.S. time zones
Ability to manage emergency situations outside regular working hours when necessary.
