Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat patients in OPD, IPD, and emergency settings.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Provide evidence-based treatment and follow clinical protocols.
- Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and allied healthcare teams.
- Ensure patient safety and quality standards are maintained.
- Participate in hospital quality initiatives and medical audits.
Mandatory Requirements
- MBBS with valid NMC registration.
- UPMC (Uttar Pradesh Medical Council) registration is mandatory.
- MD/MS/DNB candidates preferred for specialist positions.
- Good communication and clinical decision-making skills.
Duty & Availability
- Regular duty hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Doctors must be available and report to the hospital during medical emergencies, critical cases, disaster situations, or when specifically called by management/HOD, irrespective of regular duty hours.
- Participation in emergency and on-call duties is mandatory.
