Position: Administrative Officer

Role Summary
The Administrative Officer will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations of the school, ensuring smooth coordination among stakeholders, maintaining records and documentation, supporting compliance requirements, and facilitating efficient school administration.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministration & Office Management
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the school.
- Maintain records, registers, files, and official documentation.
- Ensure proper filing systems and document management practices.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth functioning of school operations.
Student & Staff Administration
- Maintain student and staff records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support admission, transfer, and student documentation processes.
- Monitor staff attendance, leave records, and related administrative documentation.
- Assist in onboarding and employee record management.
Communication & Coordination
- Act as a point of contact for parents, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Draft and circulate notices, circulars, and official communications.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and administrative discussions.
- Handle telephone and email correspondence professionally.
Compliance & Documentation
- Support preparation of reports and documents required by management and regulatory authorities.
- Maintain statutory and administrative records as per organizational requirements.
- Assist during inspections, audits, and compliance reviews.
Facilities & Vendor Coordination
- Monitor housekeeping, security, transport, and maintenance-related activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for administrative support services.
- Ensure availability of office supplies and proper upkeep of school facilities.
Event & Operational Support
- Support the planning and execution of school events, meetings, and functions.
- Coordinate logistics and administrative arrangements for institutional activities.
- Assist the Principal and management in operational and administrative matters.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline; Postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
- 2–5 years of experience in administration, preferably in a school or educational institution.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and administrative documentation.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
