Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Service & Sales
- Greet every customer with a smile and understand their need - wedding, party wear, casual, readymade
- Suggest products, sizes, and styling. Upsell accessories and new arrivals
- Handle customer objections and close the sale
2. Store Operations
- Maintain VM, neat folding, size sets, and trial room cleanliness
- Do billing on POS - cash, card, UPI. Ensure 100% accuracy
- Help in stock receiving, tagging, and daily restocking
3. Targets & Reporting
- Achieve daily and monthly personal sales targets
- Maintain Average Bill Value and Conversion %
- Share new collection pics with regular customers on WhatsApp
4. Inventory & Loss Prevention
- Assist in weekly stock count and stock transfer
- Report damages, returns, and fast/slow moving items to Store Manager
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
