We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller who has prior experience selling IT services and can generate qualified business opportunities through outbound calling.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients using company-provided leads and databases.
- Introduce Nogiz's software development and IT services to prospective clients.
- Identify client requirements and qualify potential opportunities.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the Business Development team.
- Generate leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM.
- Follow up with existing prospects until closure or disqualification.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for client requirements.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Stay updated on the company's services, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling or inside sales for IT services.
- Strong understanding of software development and digital services.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to explain technical services in simple business language.
- Experience in cold calling and lead generation.
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Professional attitude and positive communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a software development company or IT services firm.
- Knowledge of international sales processes.
- Experience handling clients from the US, UK, Canada, Australia, or the Middle East.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, or other B2B lead generation platforms is an advantage.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Equivalent sales experience will also be considered.
