About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Support Representative (CSR) who can provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to resolve queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media channels
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality standards are met
- Follow company processes and service guidelines
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in customer support, telecalling, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory)
- Knowledge of CRM software and customer support tools
- Ability to handle customer complaints professionally
