Guest Relations Executive (Hospitality)
About the Role
We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Guest Relations Executive to deliver exceptional guest experiences and support day-to-day outlet operations. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and a passion for hospitality. You will be responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with inquiries, driving sales opportunities, and ensuring operational standards are consistently maintained.
What You Will Do
Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Build positive relationships with customers and enhance their overall experience.
Promote services, packages, and memberships to support revenue generation.
Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Manage appointment bookings, billing, and customer records using company software.
Coordinate with therapists and operational staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain outlet cleanliness, presentation standards, and service quality.
Ensure adherence to grooming standards, dress code, and company guidelines.
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages of products, oils, and consumables.
Support daily outlet operations and administrative activities.
Maintain accurate documentation and operational records.

Passport and police verification certificate (preferred).
Knowledge of hospitality service standards and guest engagement practices.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining service quality.
