Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer proficient in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and the ability to create compelling designs that align with our brand and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Creativity:
- Develop visually engaging designs for a variety of mediums, including brochures, banners, posters, logos, social media graphics, and packaging.
- Conceptualise and execute creative ideas to meet project goals.
- Software Proficiency:
- Utilize CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools to create high-quality visuals.
- Edit and enhance images, ensuring color accuracy and visual appeal.
- Brand Consistency:
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver designs that enhance brand messaging.
- Project Management:
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate with clients or team members to understand requirements and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
- Innovation and Trends:
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to create modern and impactful visuals.
- Suggest creative improvements to elevate the quality of designs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic design tools.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional design work.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Experience in digital and print design.
- Knowledge of video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus.
