Job Summary
We are looking for a Textile Sales Executive to join our retail team. The ideal candidate should be customer-oriented, enthusiastic, and willing to learn. Both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assist them in selecting suitable products.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is clean and organized.
- Process billing and support store operations as required.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide excellent customer service.
- Follow company policies and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two (Higher Secondary) or above.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a retail environment.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
Shift Timings
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 2:00 PM – Store Closing
