We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and leads.
- Maintain accurate call records and customer details.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
Requirements:
- Any Degree.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in telecalling/customer service is preferred.
- Coordinate with other departments when required.
