Role Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Presentation Specialist Intern to support our Learning & Development (L&D) team in creating engaging, visually appealing, and professional presentations. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of PowerPoint, Canva, and presentation design tools, along with a strong eye for layout, formatting, and visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create professional PowerPoint presentations for training and internal communication
- Support the L&D team in developing visually engaging learning and training materials
- Use Canva and other presentation/design tools to create graphics, templates, and presentation assets
- Improve and redesign existing presentations for better clarity and visual impact
- Maintain consistency in branding, formatting, fonts, and design standards
- Add animations, transitions, charts, icons, and infographics where required
- Coordinate with trainers and internal teams to understand presentation requirements
- Research creative presentation trends and suggest innovative ideas
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Canva and other presentation design tools
- Strong creativity and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of design principles, layouts, and typography
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of animations and infographic creation is a plus
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Google Slides, Figma, or AI-based presentation tools
- Understanding of corporate presentation formats and training materials
- Ability to create visually appealing dashboards, charts, and visual content
