Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our dynamic team at our AC Market office. The selected candidate will play a vital role in designing and managing architecture projects, from concept development to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create architectural designs, plans, and working drawings.
- Coordinate with clients to understand design needs and incorporate feedback.
- Work with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software to develop high-quality presentations and technical documents.
- Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, engineers, and contractors.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, safety standards, and project timelines.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design implementation.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
- 5–7 years of architectural experience preferred.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
- Knowledge of building regulations, materials, and construction techniques.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
