Full-Stack Engineer — Internship
GraduateAI-Native FinTech / WealthTech | Early-Stage Product
We are launching a new fintech / wealth-tech product and are looking for ambitious engineers to join us at an early stage.
This is a hands-on, full-time role from day one, designed for fresh graduates and early-career engineers who want to build a product from the ground up.
You will initially focus on full-stack engineering, with increasing depth in backend engineering, financial data and AI.
What You’ll Work On
- Build product features across frontend, APIs, backend services and databases.
- Work with React / Next.js, TypeScript and backend technologies such as Python or Node.js.
- Build financial workflows around portfolios, investments, planning and analytics.
- Integrate financial and third-party APIs.
- Work with SQL/PostgreSQL and financial data.
- Build dashboards, reports and data-driven experiences.
- Develop AI-powered features using LLMs and agents.
- Test, debug and deploy production software.
- Take ownership of features from problem → design → build → deployment.
AI-Native Engineering
AI is embedded into our engineering workflow:
Research → Design → Code → Test → Debug → Ship
You will use AI coding tools and agents to accelerate development while learning to review, validate and improve AI-generated code.
Who We’re Looking For
- Computer Science / Engineering student, recent graduate or early-career engineer.
- Strong programming fundamentals and problem-solving ability.
- Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, Go or similar.
- Basic understanding of APIs, databases and Git.
- Strong interest in full-stack development, AI and fintech.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid learning.
- Builder mindset — personal projects are a strong plus.
Backend / Cloud experience is a plus: PostgreSQL, REST APIs, Docker, AWS/Azure/GCP, CI/CD, LLM APIs, RAG or AI agents.
Certifications such as AWS Developer Associate are a plus, but hands-on projects matter more.
6-Month Full-Time Pathway
All candidates follow the same full-time pathway, irrespective of whether they join as an intern or graduate.
Months 1–3 — Internship
Mandatory full-time internship without a monthly stipend. Ceritifactes will be provide on successful completion
Months 4–6 — Paid Internship
High-performing candidates continue for a further 3 months as a paid full-time intern, with increased responsibility and ownership.
After 6 Months — Full-Time Role
High-performing candidates may be offered a full-time Graduate / Full-Stack Engineer position.
Full-time conversion is performance-based and not guaranteed.
