We are a fast-growing US-based luxury fashion brand seeking a highly motivated, confident, and results-driven Phone Sales Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in phone sales, customer engagement, and conversion-focused selling, preferably within the fashion, apparel, luxury retail, or eCommerce industry. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to convert inquiries into successful sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with US-based customers.
- Assist customers with product selection, sizing recommendations, promotions, and order-related inquiries.
- Convert customer inquiries into sales opportunities and maximize revenue generation.
- Follow up with prospective customers, abandoned carts, and pending inquiries to improve conversion rates.
- Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication and product knowledge.
- Professionally address customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and order details.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales, conversion, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Represent the brand professionally while delivering a premium customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Phone Sales, Tele-Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Sales, or a similar role.
- Previous experience working with a Clothing, Fashion, Apparel, Luxury Retail, or E-commerce brand.
- Experience handling US-based customers is mandatory.
- Prior experience working in US Night Shifts is required.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong sales, persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to confidently handle objections and close sales.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven and performance-focused environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online sales processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with luxury fashion or premium apparel brands.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling and customer service best practices.
- Experience using CRM systems and customer support tools.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
- Ability to manage multiple customer conversations and priorities effectively.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
