Key Responsibilities
Inside Sales & Lead Generation
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other sales channels
- Identify potential enterprise customers and decision-makers
- Schedule meetings, product demos, and business discussions for the sales leadership team
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through continuous prospect engagement
- Follow up consistently with prospects to drive conversions and closures
Client Engagement & Sales Support
- Understand client business requirements and position relevant technology solutions
- Coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams to support client discussions
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and business documents
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups
Sales Operations
- Maintain CRM updates, pipeline reports, and sales activity tracking
- Monitor sales progress and provide regular MIS reports to management
- Support revenue generation initiatives and contribute toward achieving sales targets
- Track market trends, competition, and emerging AI/technology opportunities
Key Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in hardcore inside sales within IT / ITES industry
- Strong experience in lead generation, prospecting, and client engagement
- Exposure to enterprise sales and B2B technology sales processes
- Preferably experienced in AI solutions, SaaS, or digital transformation sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
Preferred Skills
- Experience using CRM tools and sales tracking platforms
- Familiarity with enterprise technology solutions and AI-driven offerings
- Strong presentation and business communication skills
