Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Bench Sales Recruiters to join our US IT Staffing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing bench consultants, building strong vendor relationships, and ensuring successful consultant placements. Freshers with excellent communication skills and experienced Bench Sales Recruiters are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Market bench consultants to Tier-1 Vendors, Implementation Partners, and Direct Clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients across the US.
- Identify suitable contract opportunities for consultants based on their skills and availability.
- Negotiate pay rates, contract terms, and placement conditions with vendors.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up until consultant placement.
- Maintain and update consultant profiles, resumes, and availability.
- Track daily submissions, interviews, placements, and client feedback.
- Work closely with recruiters and account managers to achieve placement targets.
- Maintain accurate records in ATS, CRM, or internal tracking systems.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of the US IT Staffing process.
- Knowledge of US technologies and consultant marketing is an added advantage.
- Ability to build strong vendor relationships.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree (Any Discipline).
- Experience: 0–5 Years in Bench Sales or US IT Staffing.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Immediate Joiners are highly preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
- Understanding of US work authorizations (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, EAD).
- Knowledge of various US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
