Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver hands-on training on solar module mounting, DC/AC wiring, inverters, earthing, and safety protocols.
- Teach reading of SLDs, layout drawings, and BOQs.
- Conduct practical sessions on testing, fault-finding, and plant troubleshooting.
- Instil site discipline, PPE compliance, and electrical safety standards.
- Assess trainees, maintain progress records, and certify competency.
- Mentor a mature learner cohort and prepare them for live project deployment.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
