Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telemarketing Executive to generate leads, engage prospective customers, and support the sales team through effective telephonic communication. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, customer handling abilities, and a positive attitude towards achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Introduce the company's products and services to potential clients.

Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

Follow up with customers to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.

Maintain accurate customer records and call logs in CRM/Excel.

Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Coordinate with internal departments for customer requirements.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
Eligibility
-
Graduate in any discipline (Higher Secondary may also be considered with relevant experience).

0–2 years of experience in Telemarketing, Telesales, Customer Support, or Call Centre.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills

Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Bengali (preferred).

Good persuasion and negotiation skills.

Strong customer service orientation.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).

Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Experience

Experience in BPO, Telecalling, Customer Support, Banking, Insurance, FinTech, Automobile, EV, or Retail industries will be an advantage.

Working Hours
