We are seeking an experienced Senior Techno-Functional CRM Consultant to serve as the solution owner for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement (CE). This role bridges presales, functional consulting, and technical delivery, ensuring business requirements are translated into scalable, cost-effective, and high-quality CRM solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM functional modules, technical implementation, Power Platform, presales support, and stakeholder management.
- Lead client discussions, requirement gathering, and discovery workshops
- Analyze customer business needs and recommend appropriate CRM solutions
- Prepare solution architecture, implementation strategies, and effort estimations
- Develop technical proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), RFP/RFI responses
- Conduct product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and client presentations
- Ensure presales commitments align with delivery capabilities
- Participate in full lifecycle CRM implementation projects
- Perform hands-on D365 CRM configuration and customization
