Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Search Engine and Social Media Executive to manage and grow our presence across key platforms
You will be responsible for daily content execution, community engagement, analytics, and coordinating with the design/video/content team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, post, and schedule content across:
- Instagram (Feed, Stories, Reels, Threads)
- Facebook (Pages + Groups)
- YouTube (Shorts + Long-form)
- Twitter/X
- Josh & other Indian short video platforms
- WhatsApp & Telegram Channels
- Google My Business (Posts, Q&A, Photos, Reviews)
- Engage with followers: respond to comments, messages, and mentions
- Grow audiences organically using reels, polls, DM outreach, and comment strategies
- Plan and implement platform-specific campaigns, challenges, or hashtags
- Monitor competitors, trends, and viral content formats
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers for daily content delivery
- Track and analyze performance metrics on all platforms and generate weekly reports
- Maintain a posting calendar and ensure timely uploads across all handles
Key Skills & Requirements:
- 1–3 years experience in handling multi-platform social media accounts
- Familiarity with content trends, reels, stories, community building
- Strong written English + local language copywriting (if needed)
- Ability to handle high-volume posting without errors
- Attention to detail, time management, and consistency
- Bonus: Experience with influencer coordination or pageant/event handling

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
