Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will handle front desk responsibilities while providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage appointment scheduling and meeting coordination
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Assist with office supplies inventory and ordering
- Support management and team members with various administrative duties
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional qualifications are a plus)
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in an administrative or office support role
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, phone systems)
