Experience: B.Tech/ B.E/ Diploma Mechanical with 10 Year minimum experience with sound knowledge of inspection
of Heat Exchanger/ Pressure Vessel, NDT Certification must.
1.) Good Communication Skill (English/Hindi) & Reporting skill
2.) Familiar with the Stagewise inspection check & involved in the daily stagewise inspection activities for
Pressure vessels-PV & Heat Exchangers-HE (All the types preferred)
3.) Sound knowledge of the related codes & standards used for PV & HE & code references.
4.) Knowledge about the basic welding processes (SAW,GTAW,SMAW etc...) & can identify the defects in Visual & Volumetric NDT methods.
5.) Through & working experience of Basic NDT (RT/UT/MT/PT,RTFI ETC..)
6.) Shall aware of NCR process to deal..
7.) Can able to demonstrate the issues he faced and how it's resolved.
8.) Shall know the correct methodology to inspect the various check points, so it will give the correct observation to communicate further.
