In this role, you will manage day-to-day accounting operations—including Accounts Payable/Receivable, bank reconciliations, and statutory compliance like GST and TDS. You will work closely with internal teams to maintain general ledgers, prepare financial reports using Tally ERP/SAP, and ensure timely monthly closing procedures. Key Responsibilities Day-to-Day Accounting: Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and general ledger accounts efficiently. Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in cash flow and financial records. Taxation & Statutory Compliance: Handle GST compliance (filing returns, input tax credit reconciliation), TDS calculation, and timely filing of tax returns. Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements and trial balances using Tally ERP / SAP. Period-End Closing: Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures accurately and within deadline. Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments, vendors, and external auditors to resolve financial queries or discrepancies. Desired Candidate Profile Experience: 1–5 years of relevant experience in core accounting/finance roles. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) from a recognized university. Technical Skills: Hands-on proficiency in Tally ERP and/or SAP. Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, functions) and accounting software. Taxation Knowledge: Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and basic corporate taxation norms. Key Attributes: High numerical accuracy, good analytical skills, strong communication, and problem-solving abilities. Location Preference: Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Jaipur, Rajasthan.
