Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and institutional tie-ups in the mental health & wellness space. The role involves team handling, high-value account management, and business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B and corporate sales for mental health & wellness solutions
- Develop and manage partnerships with corporates, hospitals, schools, and institutions
- Own end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation to closure
- Build and lead a high-performing business development team
- Achieve revenue targets and ensure sustainable growth
- Develop sales strategies, pricing, and proposal decks
- Manage key enterprise accounts and long-term client relationships
- Coordinate with clinical, operations, and marketing teams
- Track sales MIS, forecasting, and performance reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6–10 years of experience in B2B / enterprise sales
- Proven experience as Sr. BDM / Sales Manager / Partnerships Lead
- Experience in mental health, healthcare, wellness, preferred
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Team handling and mentoring experience is mandatory
- Target-driven mindset with strong analytical skills

- Experience handling large corporate accounts and institutional clients
