Collaboration with cross-functional teams and managing project timelines are integral parts of the daily routine, ensuring smooth progress from conception through deployment and ongoing support.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of application design and configuration activities.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Absence/Leave Management.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software configuration techniques.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues within cloud-based environments.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration methods and tools to connect Oracle HCM Cloud with other systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in software development and deployment.
