The Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) performs laboratory tests on patient samples to help doctors diagnose and treat diseases. The technician ensures accurate test results while following laboratory safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and process patient samples.
- Perform routine laboratory tests.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Record and report test results accurately.
- Follow safety and infection control procedures.
- Maintain laboratory cleanliness and records.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of laboratory procedures.
- Attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Teamwork and time management.
Qualifications :
- Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) or Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT/B.Sc. MLT).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
