Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced General Manager – Sales & Business Development to drive revenue growth, lead strategic sales initiatives, and expand our client base across HVAC and MEP segments. The ideal candidate should have strong industry connections and a proven track record in sales closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for HVAC and MEP business
- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in construction, real estate, and industrial sectors
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, consultants, EPC contractors, and clients
- Lead tendering, proposal submissions, and contract negotiations
- Manage key accounts and ensure repeat business
- Coordinate with estimation, design, and project teams for project closures
- Track sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts and reports
- Lead and mentor the sales team
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration
- 10–15 years of experience in HVAC and MEP sales or business development
- Strong network in real estate, infrastructure, and EPC sectors
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including VRF, chillers, ducting, and ventilation

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
