Role Overview
- Position: HR Associate
- Location: Remote (Work from Home)
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Support
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment pipelines, from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews.
- Post job openings on various career portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial resume screening and brief exploratory calls with prospective candidates.
2. Onboarding & Offboarding
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new remote hires, including documentation and orientation scheduling.
- Coordinate with the IT/Ops department to ensure new team members have the necessary tools and access.
- Assist with exit interviews and offboarding compliance checks.
3. HR Operations & Employee Relations
- Maintain and update accurate digital employee records and HR databases.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding remote work policies, leaves, and basic HR administrative processes.
- Assist in organizing virtual team-building events and engagement activities to maintain a strong company culture.
4. Performance & Compliance
- Support the HR team in tracking monthly attendance and managing leave balances.
- Assist in organizing periodic performance evaluation cycles.

Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (BBA/B.Com/BA).
- An MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in HR will be an added advantage (optional).
