Role Overview:
We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Assistant with FMCG experience in liquor or alcoholic beverages to support sales, marketing campaigns, and distributor coordination. This role is ideal for someone passionate about brand growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing sales and marketing strategies for liquor products
- Coordinate with distributors, retail outlets, and sales team
- Track sales performance and prepare reports for management
- Support promotional campaigns, tasting events, and brand activations
- Maintain client communication and follow-ups
- Help in market research and competitor analysis
- Ensure compliance with liquor licensing and marketing regulations
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in FMCG sales/marketing, preferably liquor or beverages
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
- Understanding of retail and distribution channels
- Basic computer skills (Excel, reporting, CRM tools)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Immediate joining preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
