We are looking for a reliable and proactive Admin Executive to manage the daily administrative and support tasks in our office. This role is essential to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning and to assist with regular operational needs.
Responsibilities:
- Keep income expense statement, coordinate with CA firm with monthly bank statements and reconciliations
- Handle basic office errands and small purchases (stationery, supplies, etc.)
- Book flight and train tickets for the team members of the office
- Assist in completing banking formalities as assigned.
- Get prints, photocopies, and scans of documents/designs as required
- Coordinate with the vendors for any repair and maintenance needed in the clinic
- Track service requests and ensure timely completion.
- Schedule and follow up on vendor visits.
- Assist in handling courier dispatches, deliveries, and official correspondence.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of office space
- Support the team in administrative tasks as and when needed
Requirements:
- BCom graduate with basic accounting knowledge
- Must have knowledge of Computers, Excel and basic working on Google sheet
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Willingness to do multitasking and small office-related jobs
