Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officers with prior experience in the Paint Industry to drive business growth and strengthen market presence across assigned territories. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Primary Sales, distributor management, and channel development.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive and achieve monthly and annual primary sales targets in the assigned territory.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers.
* Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration.
* Monitor stock movement and ensure healthy inventory levels at distributor points.
* Conduct regular market visits to assess competitor activity and gather market intelligence.
* Execute company sales strategies and promotional activities effectively.
* Ensure timely collection and payment coordination where applicable.
* Submit regular sales reports, market feedback, and territory updates to management.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
