Head IT – QSR / FMCG Company: Confidential (Leading QSR/FMCG Company) Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh Job Type: Full-time Job Description A leading QSR/FMCG organization is looking for an experienced Head – Information Technology to lead enterprise-wide IT operations, digital transformation initiatives, cybersecurity, infrastructure management, and technology innovation. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills with extensive experience in managing IT strategy, cloud infrastructure, enterprise applications, ERP, POS, vendor management, and business technology solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the organization's IT strategy aligned with business objectives. Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Manage IT infrastructure, servers, cloud platforms, networks, databases, and enterprise applications. Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all IT systems. Lead cybersecurity initiatives and ensure compliance with applicable information security standards. Oversee ERP, POS, online ordering platforms, and business-critical applications. Manage IT operations, service delivery, incident management, and disaster recovery planning. Lead technology implementation projects within budget and timelines. Manage external technology vendors and service providers. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing IT team. Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Marketing, HR, and senior leadership to deliver business-focused technology solutions. Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline. Master's Degree/MBA preferred. Minimum 15 years of progressive IT experience with leadership responsibility. Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Cloud Computing, ERP, POS Systems, Networks, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Applications. Experience in QSR, FMCG, Retail, Food & Beverage, or similar industries will be preferred. Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
