JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT: FILLING DOCUMENTS, PHOTOCOPYING , SCANNING AND FAXING.
TELEPHONE MANAGEMENT: ANSWERING SCREENING AND FORWARDING INCOMING CALLS, AS WELL AS TAKING DETAILED MESSAGES.
OFFICE SECURITY: MONITORING VISITOR ACCESS,MAINTAINING VISITOR LOGS AND ISSUING SECURITY BADGES.
FRONT OFFICE MAINTENANCE : KEEPING THE RECEPTION AREA CLEAN,ORGANISED AND STOCKED WITH NECESSARY OFFICE SUPPLIES.
COOMUNICATION :EXCELLENT VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS FOR INTERCTING WITH CLIENTS AND STAFF.
SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS: ORGANISING AND MAINTAINING APPOINTMENT AND CALENDARS FOR STAFF.
