Role Overview
You will be the face of Sanjeevia Medical to hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, physiotherapy centres, and discharge coordinators across Delhi NCR. Your job is to open doors, build relationships, and convert them into consistent rental and trading revenue.
What You Will Do
- Identify and approach hospitals, nursing homes, polyclinics, and rehab centres for B2B rental tie-ups
- Build and maintain relationships with discharge coordinators, hospital pharmacies, and purchase managers
- Pitch Sanjeevia's equipment rental program to doctors, physiotherapists, and clinical staff
- Generate leads for medical equipment trading (bulk purchases by institutions)
- Follow up on inbound B2B enquiries and convert them to signed agreements
- Maintain a daily visit log and update the sales CRM (Google Sheet / Zoho CRM)
- Represent Sanjeevia at any health camps, medical exhibitions, or hospital events
- Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth B2B onboarding after deal closure
What We Are Looking For
- 2–4 years of field sales experience in medical equipment, hospital consumables, pharma, or healthcare services
- Must have existing contacts in hospitals or nursing homes in Delhi NCR, this is non-negotiable
- Comfortable with daily field visits, calling, and relationship-building
- Knows how to speak to hospital purchase departments, doctors, and administrative staff
- Self-starter, you manage your own schedule and pipeline without hand-holding
- Good spoken Hindi and basic English communication
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
