Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct occupational therapy assessments to identify functional and developmental needs.
- Develop and implement personalised therapy plans.
- Provide therapy to improve fine motor skills, gross motor skills, sensory processing, coordination, and daily living skills.
- Work with children with autism, ADHD, developmental delays, sensory processing difficulties, and other challenges.
- Track and document client progress and prepare therapy reports.
- Communicate with parents and caregivers regarding therapy progress and home-based activities.
- Create a friendly, engaging, and supportive therapy environment.
Required Qualifications:
- BOT / MOT or relevant qualification in Occupational Therapy.
- 0–5 years of experience (Freshers with internship experience are welcome).
- Strong communication, empathy, patience, and clinical skills.
- Ability to work with pediatric and adult clients.
- Preference for candidates living in Anna Nagar, Mogappair, Kilpauk, Koyambedu, Thirumangalam, and nearby locations.
