Job Title: Graphic Design Faculty / Trainer
Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Design Faculty / Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills and the ability to teach and mentor students in industry-relevant tools and concepts. This role involves guiding students in developing practical skills and preparing them for real-world design careers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach fundamental and advanced concepts of Graphic Design
- Train students in industry-standard design tools and workflows
- Guide students in creating creative projects and professional portfolios
- Provide mentorship and support for skill development
- Assist students with placement preparation and opportunities
- Handle academic responsibilities and basic administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Interest in Graphic Design training
- 0–3 years of experience in Graphic Design or teaching/training
- Working proficiency in English and Tamil
- Willingness to stay updated with new design trends and tools
Software Skills (Required):
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- Audition
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in any field (preferred)
- Certified qualification in Graphic Design (preferred)
- Prior teaching or training experience is an advantage
