We are looking for a skilled HR Personnel who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you’ll contribute to making the company a better place to work. If you are passionate about HR and highly efficient, give us a chance to meet you. Responsibilities:
- Posting jobs and internships on various job and internship portals
- Selecting resumes and taking an initial round of HR interviews and judging the candidate
- Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring
- Scheduling face-to-face or telephonic interviews with the management team
- Working on becoming a part of the core management team and taking steps for organizational development
- Maintaining the attendance of all employees
- Preparing monthly salary pay slips
- Conducting orientation of new hires
Requirement:
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Strong ethics and reliability
- BBA/MBA, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus

Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
