Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support onboarding and orientation activities.
Assist in preparing HR reports and databases.

Respond to basic employee inquiries.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Psychology, or any related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
No prior experience required.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
