About the Role
We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Video Editor & Motion Designer (AI Content Specialist) with 0–2 years of experience to create high-quality videos, motion graphics, and AI-powered content for social media and digital marketing campaigns. Freshers with a strong portfolio, internships, or freelance experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot and edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media content.
- Create engaging videos using captions, transitions, motion graphics, sound design, and visual effects.
- Repurpose long-form videos into high-performing short-form content.
- Design motion graphics, animated text, thumbnails, posters, banners, and social media creatives.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual content.
- Utilize AI tools for video enhancement, AI-generated visuals, avatars, background replacement, voice generation, and workflow automation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute content strategies and optimize campaign performance.
- Export platform-specific content while maintaining quality and performance standards.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, or digital content creation.
- Strong portfolio showcasing reels, shorts, motion graphics, or social media content.
- Proficiency in editing short-form videos for Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Good understanding of design principles, typography, composition, and storytelling.
- Experience using AI tools in video production workflows.
- Ability to independently manage video shoots, lighting, and basic audio setup.
Preferred Tools
Video Editing: Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut
Motion Graphics: After Effects or equivalent
Design: Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva
AI Tools: Runway, Pika, Luma AI, HeyGen, Synthesia, D-ID, ElevenLabs, Descript, or similar platforms
