- Cooking & Plating: Prepare and cook Indian dishes and side items under the guidance of senior chefs while strictly following standard recipes. [1, 2, 3]
- Tandoor / Station Management: Help set up and break down specific Indian kitchen stations (e.g., Curry, Tandoor, or Tiffin/Breakfast). [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
- Hygiene & Sanitation: Maintain a spotless workspace, sanitize cooking equipment (knives, surfaces, woks), and comply with HACCP or food safety guidelines. [1, 2]
- Stock & Inventory: Assist with store requisitions, rotate inventory using the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method, and report any shortages. [1, 2, 3]
