1. Business Leadership & Strategy
- Drive overall business growth, profitability, and sustainability across all branches.
- Formulate and execute business plans to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Oversee the sales, service, spares, marketing, and administrative functions as the head of operations.
- Plan and implement strategies to increase market share and brand presence.
- Ensure effective coordination and compliance with all directives from Manufacturer.
2. Sales & Operations Management
- Achieve breakdown and retail sales targets for all locations.
- Monitor daily showroom and workshop operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage vehicle stayovers and ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and accountability across all staff.
- Ensure effective delegation, supervision, and performance monitoring of all departments.
3. Financial & Compliance Responsibilities
- Oversee accounts receivable, payment collections, and working capital control.
- Ensure timely renewals and adherence to all legal, statutory, and dealer agreement compliances.
- Liaise with financial institutions and insurance companies to support business activities.
- Support the CEO in budget planning and financial reporting.
4. Marketing & Customer Relations
- Plan and execute local marketing, digital promotions, and on-ground campaigns.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure excellent after-sales service.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
5. People & Facility Management
- Lead, motivate, and develop the team to deliver high performance and professionalism.
- Conduct weekly reviews and performance meetings with branch heads.
- Visit branches weekly to ensure operational consistency.
- Maintain showroom and service facilities in line with brand standards.
6. Communication & Reporting
- Maintain continuous communication with Manufacturer and the CEO.
- Prepare and submit timely reports on sales, operations, finance, and manpower.
- Respond promptly to business-related calls and correspondence (24x7 availability expected for business-critical matters).
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
