Key Responsibilities
Market Intelligence & Research
● Identify societies and properties with redevelopment potential
● Track redevelopment activity, property prices, transactions, upcoming projects and competitor activity
● Develop strong micro-market intelligence across Bandra, Khar, Santacruz and surrounding areas
● Maintain an updated database of redevelopment opportunities
Society Outreach & Business Development
● Identify and approach housing societies considering redevelopment
● Build relationships with society committee members and key stakeholders
● Understand society requirements and present our redevelopment proposition
● Coordinate meetings, presentations and follow-ups
● Progress opportunities from initial contact towards formal redevelopment mandates
Broker & Channel Partner Network
● Build and maintain relationships with local brokers, consultants and channel partners
● Develop the broker network as a consistent source of redevelopment opportunities and market intelligence
● Track and follow up on referrals and leads Pipeline Management & Reporting
● Maintain structured records of societies, brokers, meetings and opportunities
● Track each opportunity through the BD pipeline
● Prepare regular market intelligence and competitor reports for leadership
● Ensure disciplined follow-up on every qualified opportunity
Ideal Candidate
● 1–2 years of experience in real estate business development, sales, market research or a related role
● Strong knowledge of Bandra, Khar, Santacruz and surrounding markets
● Comfortable with extensive on-ground networking and relationship building
● Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; Marathi is an advantage
● Confident in interacting with society members, brokers and senior stakeholders
● Highly organised with strong follow-up discipline
● Self-driven, resourceful and comfortable working with targets
● Genuine interest in Mumbai real estate and redevelopment
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
