Qualification:- Dip/BE (7+ Experience)
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies for solar plant construction.
- Coordinate and oversee all civil/Electrical engineering activities from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to technical specifications.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a cross-functional team of engineers, subcontractors, and laborers.
- Foster a collaborative work environment and ensure effective communication among all project stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to assess compliance and implement necessary improvements.
- Prepare and present progress reports, including project milestones, risks, and challenges.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent project delays and cost overruns.
- Implement and maintain a proactive risk management approach throughout the project lifecycle.
(Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety, environmental, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Experience:
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in project management, specifically in Solar projects
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale solar plant construction projects.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
